my
personal life
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, hiking, yoga, and meditation. I believe in the importance of balance, connection, and lifelong personal growth. These values guide not only my personal life but also my work with clients. I am passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths, deepen their relationships, and create meaningful lives rooted in authenticity and resilience.

my background
Throughout my career, I have worked in outpatient therapy, intensive mental health services, and as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP), supporting individuals and families facing complex emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational challenges. Much of my work has focused on trauma recovery, including childhood trauma, attachment wounds, adverse life experiences, grief, and traumatic loss.
As an EMDR Certified Therapist, I am passionate about helping clients move beyond survival and experience lasting healing. I integrate EMDR with trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and systemic approaches to help clients process painful experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, build resilience, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been impacted by trauma. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible at every stage of life.

my specializations
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict. As an EMDR Certified Therapist, I help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and build resilience. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents and enjoy helping young people navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and family challenges. My work integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and systemic therapy to support healing, growth, and lasting change.
