my
personal life
Beyond the therapy room, I prioritize the same mindfulness and connection that I encourage in my clients. I find my own groundedness through yoga, hiking Minnesota’s National parks, and enjoying the outdoors with my husband, our kids, and our fur babies. This commitment to personal wellness allows me to show up authentically for the community at Kairos. Whether we meet in person or via telehealth, my goal is to provide an inviting space where you feel truly heard and supported.

my background
As a Veteran who grew up in a military family, I possess a firsthand understanding of the unique culture, transitions, and sacrifices inherent in a life of service. This personal history informs my clinical work, allowing me to provide a grounded, steady presence for those navigating high-stress environments. I believe that safety is the prerequisite for healing, and I strive to embody that principle as I help individuals and families move from a state of survival to one of genuine security.

my specializations
I specialize in Addictions Healing, Trauma, and PTSD, helping clients break free from the cycles that keep them stuck. I am trained in Brainspotting and utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques to address the neurobiological roots of addiction and trauma. For Couples and Families, I integrate the Gottman Method to repair attachment bonds and build lasting intimacy. My practice is Multicultural and Culturally Sensitive, ensuring that every client's unique background is honored throughout their recovery journey.
