My husband and I reside south of 35W. We are engaged in ministry and mission work both locally and internationally. I have a nickname known as “Mother of Nations” and I feel truly privileged to be called their mother. I have a strong passion for assisting others. I also enjoys, cooking, reading, hanging out with family and friends, watching impactful movies, and taking part in thoughtful conversations.

In every session, my primary aim is to work together with you to foster a sense of calm, peace, and hope.

My specialty of care includes family system therapy, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, life transition, self-confidence, Pré-marital counseling, and mindfulness. My experience also encompasses collaborating with individuals who seek to cultivate and sustain a sense of purpose through faith and spirituality. My therapeutic approach is characterized by warmth and client-centered focus. I customized my mythology for each person by utilizing evidenced -based modalities such as Internal Family System (IFS), Brainspotting (BS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Somatic Work.
