my
personal life

My husband and I live in North Minneapolis. We love walking, running, rock climbing, and almost any competitive activity, including basketball, ping pong, and Bananagrams. I also enjoy thrifting, caring for plants, and hosting. I believe healing and joy are multiplied in community, often over good food.

my background

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Science from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel Seminary. My clinical experience includes working as a behavior technician with neurodivergent children and adolescents in both home- and clinic-based settings, where I supported clients, families, and caregivers. I also have experience supporting adoptive and foster families as they navigate trauma and other complex challenges.

my specializations

I believe the therapeutic relationship is foundational to creating meaningful change. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space for whatever each client may bring. I am particularly drawn to Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I am passionate about approaching therapy through a holistic and systemic lens. I believe that no concern or experience occurs in isolation and that there is power in the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational stressors.
