my
personal life

I am a mother of four children living in Webster, MN with my husband, Ben, along with our dog and three goats. I enjoy spending time with my family, laughing with friends, hiking, and being in nature—spaces that help me stay grounded and connected in my own life.

I care deeply about the work I do and the people I serve. It would be an honor to connect with you and support you in your healing journey with presence, attunement, and care.

my background

My passion for facilitating meaningful connection, fostering growth in relationships, and supporting individuals in healing from trauma has guided my path into the field of Marriage and Family Therapy.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science from University of Minnesota and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, including a strong foundation in community mental health, I have had the privilege of working with couples, families, and individuals across a wide range of settings. My work is grounded in maintaining deep attunement to each client’s unique experience.

I strive to meet each client where they are, creating a space that feels grounded, collaborative, and supportive of meaningful change.

my specializations

I am honored to walk alongside my clients in their therapeutic journey and support deep, lasting healing. Our bodies hold trauma, grief, and painful experiences. When left unaddressed, these wounds can disrupt our lives, relationships, sense of self, and the patterns we carry for generations.

As an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation, I am passionate about supporting Native clients and communities. I bring a lens of intergenerational trauma, grounded in respect, cultural awareness, and a belief in the resilience carried across generations. I strive to create a space that is collaborative and deeply attuned to each client’s lived experience.

I specialize in working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence, and developmental trauma. I also support first responders, veterans, and those who have experienced trauma in the line of duty.

I am a somatic psychotherapist and primarily integrate Brainspotting to support deeper healing of trauma held in the body. I have seen the profound healing this work can offer for complex and intergenerational trauma.
