my
personal life
I live in St. Paul with my cat, Alice, and enjoy cooking, traveling, and exploring new experiences. I find joy in discovering new places, creating delicious meals, and appreciating the little things that make life meaningful.
I believe in the importance of connection, curiosity, and making space for personal growth. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you in your healing journey with warmth, compassion, and care.

my background
My passion for supporting children and families, fostering meaningful connections, and helping people navigate life’s challenges led me to clinical psychology.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from St. Catherine University and my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. My education and experience have strengthened my understanding of human development, relationships, and emotional well-being.
I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard and understood. Through a collaborative approach, I help children and families recognize their strengths, work through challenges, strengthen relationships, and build greater well-being.

my specializations
I am honored to walk alongside my clients in their therapeutic journey and support deep, lasting healing. I believe that children and adolescents communicate and process their experiences in unique ways, and therapy can provide a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy ways of coping.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents and primarily utilize play therapy and trauma-based modalities. I support clients as they process grief, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, while honoring each child’s individual experiences, strengths, and developmental needs. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they navigate challenges and move toward healing.
