my
personal life

My husband and I live in Rochester, MN. I am a mother of four adult children. I enjoy cooking, gardening, and visiting with family when I need self-care. Watching English mystery shows and traveling are my two passions. I find solace in connecting with nature and enjoy going on long walks.

my specializations

My approach to therapy is eclectic (incorporating various therapeutic techniques) with a foundation in narrative and client-centered therapy. I aim to build trusting relationships with clients and strive to meet them where they are in their therapeutic journey. I also value the integration of multicultural frameworks. I am particularly interested in working with clients needing guidance while working through Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Perinatal Mental Health, and Stress Reduction. I strive to create a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive environment for clients to heal.
