my
personal life

I live with my husband, Ryan, along with our corgi, cat, and many houseplants in Roseville, MN. I enjoy traveling, reading, yoga, going to concerts, being outside, and spending time with my friends and family.

my background

My experience as a yoga teacher introduced me to the impacts of mindfulness and trauma-informed practices. An interest in mindfulness along with a curiousity about relationships led to my pursuit of a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. I am currently a graduate student in my clinical internship. I have previous experience working as a therapy intake coordinator, and I value helping people find a therapeutic space that fits for them. I have seen the impact of therapy that helps access the deeper parts of the brain to release traumatic experiences, and I am honored to be a resource for people seeking this unique healing.

my specializations

I believe our connection with others has a profound impact on our wellbeing, and our relationships are worth being nurtured and explored. I approach therapy with openness, curiosity, and cultural humility. If you or a loved one has experienced complex PTSD, narcissistic abuse, life transitions, low self-worth, or relationship issues, I would love to help you. I gravitate towards mindfulness, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed therapies in my approach. I have training in Gottman Method Couples’ therapy and Brainspotting which is an evidence-based somatic therapy used to access and release traumatic experiences.
