my specializations

I approach therapeutic relationships in an accepting, nonjudgmental, culturally sensitive manner while working with you to discover insight for a more harmonizing lived experience. I specialize in counseling teens and young adults who are seeking answers to life’s challenges, self-acceptance, and tools for navigating their lives while empowering parents to grow with, support, and/or understand their children. My theoretical orientation lies mostly in Person-Centered, Adlerian, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavior therapies to promote connection, self-awareness, movement, and expanding change.
