my
personal life

I am a mother of three children living in Webster, MN with my husband, Ben, and our two dogs. I enjoy spending time with my family, laughing with friends, traveling, and jogging. Your mental health is so important to me and I truly have a passion for what I do. I would love to connect with you to help with your mental health today!

my background

The desire to facilitate true connection and growth in relationships, heal trauma, and navigate through the difficulties in the lives of others has led me to Marriage and Family Therapy.

I attended the University of MN for my Bachelor's in Family Social Science and Saint Mary's University for my Master's in Marriage in Family Therapy. I have been providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals for years and would love to meet you where you are today.
